By using the services of LuxEmpire Logistics, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Customers must not ship items prohibited by U.S. law, Jamaican law, airlines, or customs authorities. This includes hazardous materials, illegal substances, weapons, explosives, and any restricted goods. Any costs, penalties, confiscation, or disposal fees resulting from prohibited shipments are the customer's responsibility.
Each customer will be assigned a unique LuxEmpire Logistics shipping address and customer code. Customers are responsible for ensuring this information is used correctly when placing orders.
Packages are processed upon arrival at our warehouse. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs inspections, weather, airline schedules, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Customers authorize LuxEmpire Logistics to clear shipments through Jamaican Customs on their behalf. Any customs duties, taxes, clearance fees, or government charges are the customer's responsibility.
Shipping charges are calculated based on the greater of actual weight or volumetric weight. Additional handling charges may apply to oversized, unusually heavy, or special-care shipments.
Customers requesting LuxEmpire Logistics or Amethyst Lifestyle Services to purchase items on their behalf agree to pay the applicable Personal Shopping Fee unless otherwise stated in a promotion or package offer.
Items must be securely packaged to withstand international transportation. LuxEmpire Logistics is not responsible for damage caused by inadequate packaging by the sender or retailer.
Optional shipment protection may be available upon request for eligible shipments. Customers who decline coverage accept the risk of loss or damage not caused by LuxEmpire Logistics.
LuxEmpire Logistics is responsible only for loss or damage that occurs while a shipment is in our possession due to our negligence. We are not responsible for damage caused by retailers, manufacturers, airlines, shipping carriers, customs authorities, natural disasters, or other third parties.
All shipments may be inspected to comply with customs regulations and security requirements.
Packages not collected within 5 business days after notification may incur storage charges. Packages remaining unclaimed for 60 days may be considered abandoned and disposed of or sold to recover outstanding charges.
LuxEmpire Logistics reserves the right to withhold delivery of shipments until all outstanding balances have been paid in full.
Islandwide delivery is available for an additional fee. Delivery schedules are subject to location and availability.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate invoices, receipts, and any requested documentation. Delays resulting from missing or inaccurate documentation are the customer's responsibility.
Providing false invoices, undervalued declarations, or fraudulent information may result in shipment delays, additional charges, seizure by customs, suspension of account privileges, or legal action.
Customers consent to receive shipment notifications, promotional offers, and important service updates by email, SMS, or WhatsApp. Customers may opt out of promotional messages at any time.
Shipping rates, service fees, and policies are subject to change without prior notice.
LuxEmpire Logistics respects your privacy. Customer information is collected solely to provide courier and logistics services and will not be sold or shared except where required by law or necessary to complete requested services.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Jamaica, where applicable, and any relevant international shipping regulations.
By shipping with LuxEmpire Logistics, using our warehouse address, or requesting any of our services, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
